Chess: Sage International School Chess Club is for children that would like to learn to play chess, or for chess players who already know how to play.

Middle School Cross Country Team: for students with an interest in running and strenuous activities.

Dungeons & Dragons Club: as part of the D&D Adventures League, students will be introduced to the tabletop roleplaying games hobby. Participants will utilize artistic creativity, imagination, communication skills, cooperation, problem solving, practice sportsmanship and make new friends while having fun!

Junior Master Naturalists Club: provides students the opportunity to learn about Birding as a hobby, interact with avian researchers and to become aware of opportunities in the community to participate in bird related activities and volunteering.

For: Middle School Students

Middle School Mountain Bike Club: introduces students to the life sport of Mountain Biking through weekly rides in our Boise foothills.

Meets: One day per week after school (beginning after April break) from 3:45 to 6 PM. Rides will either be on Tuesdays or Wednesdays (TBD).

For: 5th-8th graders.

Middle and High School Mountain Bike Teams: is a competitive team sanctioned by the Idaho Interscholastic Cycling League and the National Interscholastic Cycling League (NICA) www.nationalmtb.org. This team offers the opportunity for those interested to participate in 5 sanctioned races throughout the state along with over 500 other student-athletes. The coaches/team's yearly goals include but not limited to:

1. for all the student athletes (and coaches/volunteers) to have fun mountain biking;

2. for team members to support and encourage each other;

3. to have everyone want to continue to ride after the end of the season; and

4. to have each team member set high, but achievable goals and be self-motivated to do the work necessary to achieve those goals.

National Beta Club: a nationally chartered organization (www.betaclub.org) established to promote the ideals of academic achievement, character, service and leadership among secondary school students. Student participants will find enthusiasm for scholarship, a desire to render service, gain leadership knowledge, and develop character.

Ski and Snowboard Team: under the organization of the Bogus Basin Ski Education Foundation (http://bbsef.org/), Sage offers the opportunity for students to take part in Alpine, Nordic and Snowboard competitions. The team offers students the opportunity to better their skills, practice sportsmanship, and meet other racers.

Ultimate Frisbee Team: this a Sage sponsored club is coordinated mainly by students and is part of the Boise Ultimate Scene Youth (http://boiseultimatefrisbee.com/busyouth/ ) and USA Ultimate. This club promotes sportsmanship and teamwork as part of Ultimate frisbee culture!

Meets: Various times from late winter through April with games held on Monday evenings starting in March.

Sage Disc Golf Club: this club is designed to introduce and improve skills required to participate in this lifetime sport. Morning Music Club: the goal of this club is to provide students the opportunity to take part in a music program. Every student can join with their preferred instrument including vocals. Members will also engage in music theory through interactive games, and write and perform their own music.
