Kaidi comes to Sage with nine years of experience in the field of education. She grew up on the southern shores of Massachusetts as the youngest (and most rambunctiously un-ladylike) in a family of four girls, then earned her B.A. in English Literature and Creative Writing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her M.A. in English, Education from Boise State University. She views teaching at Sage as an opportunity to stretch her teaching and learning repertoire by developing service learning projects, coordinating interdisciplinary units of study, facilitating experiential learning, and collaborating with an impressively professional and dynamic staff of educators. She finds exploring people, ideas, and the world through reading, writing and discussion with adolescents fascinating work.
