Micah Doramus is an Idaho native and brings over 15 years of experience in public education. He completed his undergraduate and graduate work at Northwest Nazarene University, earning a BA in secondary history education and a MA in educational leadership. He has been a high school history and English teacher as well as serving in K-12 administration for over a decade. He is the current President of the Idaho Middle Level Association and works with that organization to increase developmental awareness and effectiveness of instruction and learning for students ages 11-15 years.
Micah has a dedicated commitment to school choice and charter education, both in his current leadership position, but as a parent of charter students, and a graduate of a local private high school. He brings a strong educational technology integration background with him to Sage International. Additionally his focus in public education is in building leadership capacity and organizational/systems effectiveness through intentional change.
