Welcome to 'Enrollment @ Sage' and thank you for your interest in Sage International.

Enrollment Application for Students New-to-Sage in 2020-21
:  For students that will be ‘New to Sage’ in the 2020-2021 school year, the initial Enrollment Lottery Application window is closed. We are currently making initial enrollment offers and will establish waitlists in grade levels where demand exceeds available seats. As soon as we complete the initial offer and waitlist process, we will re-open enrollment and will provide a link where students can apply to enroll at Sage next school year.

Enrollment Application for Students who are 'Sage Siblings': To enroll a sibling of current Sage student into the 2020-2021 lottery, you will complete the 'Sage Sibling Lottery Application' that will be made available to current Sage families through the “Re-Entry Registration” Form you will receive for your current Sage student.  Re-entry registration will open on January 27th and close on February 13th. Do not complete the 'New-to-Sage' Form for siblings. You will complete a separate sibling application for each new sibling entering the lottery.

Free All-Day Kindergarten @ Sage: Beginning in 2020-21, Sage International will offer tuition-free all-day Kindergarten. Previously, all-day kindergarten was tuition-based; we are excited to make our school more accessible to all families by providing free, all-day kindergarten (8:05 to 3:25 Mon-Thurs). Sage will no longer offer 1/2 day Kindergarten.

When will Sage conduct the Lottery?
The 2020-2021 enrollment lottery will take place on Thursday, February 27th @ 10:00am in our main cafeteria at Sage International.  The lottery is open to the public.

When will Sage post the Lottery results?
The results will be posted on our website by the end of day-Thursday, February 27th, 2020.

Learn More About Sage at Our Informational Nights:  Sage will host two Informational Night’s leading up to the 2020-2021 Enrollment Lottery.  We highly encourage new parents to attend one of these events. This is the time to learn about the school choice Sage International offers, to get to know our leadership team, and to find out if Sage is the right fit for your student and family. These nights will be held on Thursday, January 23rd & Tuesday, February 11th from 6:00pm - 7:30pm (please plan to arrive by 5:50pm to be seated). Following is the Information Night schedule:

· . 6:00-6:30: Introduction, Charter Schools, IB, Sage, Lottery Info
6:30-7:00: Breakout Groups: Elementary, Middle, and High
:00-7:30: Tour Campus – Ask Questions

Current School Year Enrollment:  If you are interested enrolling a student for the current school year, please complete and submit the 'Waiting List Application for 2019-20 School Year' Form to the left. Once you complete and submit the Form, our Registrar will contact you via email regarding availability and next steps.

Offers for Enrollment:  All students that secure placement during the lottery will receive an email from Sage International School Registrar providing an ‘Offer for Enrollment’ (be sure to check your spam/junk folder).  Offers of enrollment must be accepted within 48 hrs.  If a response is not received within 48 hours, the student’s name will be moved to the bottom of the waiting list. Students that do not secure placement during the lottery will be placed on a waiting list and, if space becomes available, will be contacted via email.

Annual 'Wait List':   For each grade level where we are not able to offer every applicant a spot at Sage International (demand exceeds capacity), we establish a grade level wait list. If/as seats open, we make enrollment offers based on the waitlist. You can always add your student to the waitlist throughout the year. We make enrollment offers all year long if/as seats open. If you were not offered a spot through the lottery, don't be discouraged; make sure you are on the wait list and know that we make enrollment offers all year - be patient!

Wait lists do not carry over from year-to-year and are replaced yearly from the results of the annual enrollment lottery.  If you missed the 2020-2021 enrollment lottery application period, an online waiting list application for 2020-2021 will become available in April 2020 on our website.
